Blake Schmidt is a Vice President responsible for Sentinel's North American capital raising efforts. Previously, he worked in Sentinel's Residential Transactions group for five years with a focus on core and core-plus multifamily acquisitions and dispositions across the country. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Mr. Schmidt started his career at the law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP. Mr. Schmidt focused on Real Estate Private Equity as well as Corporate M&A, Fund Formation and Sports Law. Mr. Schmidt received a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU Schack and a BS with Distinction from the University of Michigan in Political Science and a minor in Art History.
