Providing insight into the topic of investing in sector-specific open-end funds, he spoke specifically about qualities to consider regarding real estate-oriented funds. “In recent years, industrial and housing have generally offered some of the most compelling returns. There are a lot of niche real estate sectors that may be providing compelling returns; however, investors need to be cautious of the potential limited liquidity and non-institutional nature of these assets. Broadbased themes and underlying fundamentals are still providing a compelling outlook for industrial and the living sector.”<\/p>\n
