The recent Grand Opening of Element 27 in Subiaco, Western Australia, provided local media with the opportunity to experience the build-to-rent property, the first of its kind in Australia. 9Live Perth, 10 News First and 7 News all covered the story of Sentinel’s purpose-built rental apartment community.<\/p>\n

\nWA Housing Minister Hon Peter Tinley and Sentinel President Michael Streicker spoke at the event, giving insight into the revolutionary new housing model that promises long-term leases, on-site management and on-call maintenance, to the advantage of the renter. As Michael Streicker said, “There is a single rental price, and all of the amenities and all of the services that are provided through the property… are included.”<\/p>\n
