Sentinel Real Estate calculates firmwide Assets Under Management (AUM) on a quarterly basis using a combination of latest available net asset value of all funds and accounts under management, plus leverage and uncalled capital commitments, where applicable. The firm's calculation of AUM is different from the calculation of its regulatory assets under management (RAUM) for purposes of Form ADV. The RAUM, which has been most recently reported as $3,825 million as of March 31, 2026, includes only those funds that qualify for inclusion under SEC regulations.
