As portfolio manager for two of Sentinel’s commingled funds, Nick brought deep expertise to the panel, “The US Multifamily Market.” The discussion explored residential investment strategies, market dynamics, and the sector outlook.

The conference brought together approximately 120 participants from the institutional real estate industry. The conference was also attended by Max Berkelder, Managing Director responsible for Sentinel’s European capital raising and investor relations activities and Viktoria Richtsfield, an Investor Services Associate based in Sentinel’s Amsterdam office.
