Sentinel Managing Director Nick Stein was honored to return as a panel speaker at the recent FondsForum’s USA Real Estate Conference in Frankfurt, Germany. As portfolio manager for two of Sentinel’s commingled funds, Nick brought deep expertise to the panel, “The US Multifamily Market.” The discussion explored residential investment strategies, market dynamics, and the sector outlook.

Nick observed, “It was great to be back at the FondsForum event on a panel to discuss the latest developments in US multifamily in front of an audience of renowned European institutional investors. As multifamily market fundamentals continue to strengthen, we anticipate compelling buying opportunities in 2026.”

The conference brought together approximately 120 participants from the institutional real estate industry. The US Multifamily Market panel also featured Andrew Levison (The Dermot Company, LP), Michael Sauer, LEED-AP (BVT National Partners, Inc.), and Duncan Woodard (Boston Capital Real Estate Partners), and was moderated by Barbara Maltha-Koppelman (Hodes Weill & Associates).

The conference was also attended by Max Berkelder, Managing Director responsible for Sentinel’s European capital raising and investor relations activities and Viktoria Richtsfield, an Investor Services Associate based in Sentinel’s Amsterdam office.
