The recent approval of the Development Application of Lot 204, Phase III of our Element 27 Development in Subiaco, Western Australia, has received considerable coverage from the Australian press, both online and in traditional print. Upon completion of Phases 2 and 3, Element 27 will comprise a total of 264 rental dwellings in the Perth community, which is currently experiencing critically low vacancy rates.
