Sentinel has recently acquired two luxury apartment communities located in sought-after, affluent suburbs of Washington, D.C. – Aventon Crown in Gaithersburg, Maryland and Brentford at The Mile in Tysons, Virginia.
Aventon Crown, which has been rebranded as Rockwell at Crown, benefits from an optimal location in the Montgomery County suburbs of Maryland, providing quick and convenient access to Washington, D.C. The property is located across the street from the Rio Lakefront, which offers residents direct access to shopping, dining, entertainment and outdoor recreation options within easy walking distance. Residents also have convenient commuting access to the greater Washington area via a complimentary shuttle to the Shady Grove D.C. Metro station, the I-270 thoroughfare and the Maryland Intercounty Connector (ICC).
