IREI recently announced their 2025 IREI Springboard Advisory Board, including Sentinel First Vice President, Victoria Hernandez. The annual event is an exclusive invitation-only gathering of leaders in the institutional real estate community.

The 2025 congregation will take place in Cedar Creek, Texas in October and is designed as an open forum that serves as a catalyst for mentoring, educating and cultivating leadership skills. The networking-focused event is cultivated following a survey completed in advance by attendees and the IREI Springboard leaders determine which topics and questions they would like to address with their peers and mentors at the forum.
