Sentinel Acquires The Venue at Orange, a 328-Unit Luxury Apartment Community in Redlands, California

Sentinel has recently acquired The Venue at Orange, a recently constructed luxury apartment community located in the historic city of Redlands, California, approximately 60 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles.

The Venue at Orange features a variety of amenities, including a gorgeous pool, spa and well-appointed outdoor lounge spaces.

The 328-unit, garden-style property was completed in 2023 and comprises seven buildings, including six residential structures and a mixed-use community clubhouse. The Venue at Orange offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units featuring nine-foot ceilings; full-sized washer/dryers; fully equipped kitchens with islands, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, tile backsplashes and white or gray cabinetry; and spacious bathrooms with large vanities with quartz countertops.

Community amenities include a full-size swimming pool, spa and large deck area; a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga/Pilates studio and spin room; a spacious lounge and game room; a chef’s kitchen; and a coffee bar. Residents also have access to a business center with private and open coworking spaces; a media room; grilling areas; EV charging stations; and automated package lockers with controlled access via gated community entry.

Located three miles from Redlands’ Historic Downtown, the Venue at Orange offers convenient access to a variety of retail, dining and entertainment venues in the surrounding area. The property also provides easy access to the I-10, I-215, I-210, and I-15 freeways, as well as State Routes 18 and 38. Additionally, the Redlands ESRI train station, located just 1.4 miles from the property, offers access to Downtown Los Angeles. The area is also home to Loma Linda University Medical Center as well as other leading employers in the healthcare, technology, entertainment and logistics industries.

Sentinel has been active in the Southern California market throughout its 56-year history and currently owns five properties in the area.
